Varieties: Schonberger (50%) and Siegerrebe (50%)

Tasting note: ripe peaches, passion fruit and lime, with a spicy finish. Dry and delicate.

Serve: at 8-12C with Thai, Indian or Chinese food, or nothing at all. Corbinian White is ready to drink now and is best consumed within the next 12 months. It contains 11.5% alcohol (9 UK units/bottle) and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans (details of clarification on request).

Tasting note: melon, pineapple and lemon. Off dry with excellent balancing acidity. Full and rich.

Serve: at 8-12C with any type of seafood, particularly shellfish. Our Chardonnay is ready to drink now, but if stored carefully, should continue to improve for 3-5 years. It contains 11.5% alcohol (9 UK units/bottle) and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans (details of clarification on request).

Varieties: Pinot Noir 100%

Tasting note: cherries, raspberries and violets with a spicy and peppery finish. Smooth and long.

Serve: at 16-18C with roasted or stewed beef, lamb or game. Our Pinot Noir is ready to drink now, but if stored carefully should improve foor 3-5 years. It contains 12% alcohol (9 UK units/bottle) and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans (details of clarification on request).
